LOVE THIS PLACE!! Kim (manager) goes above and beyond in every aspect...and...at the drop of a hat! Tim (night clerk) extremely helpful and accommodating! The 'laundry' guy was the best! Did not hesitate for an instant to CARRY a wheelchair down 5 steps! The rooms were clean...quiet...everything worked as should. I felt safe running errands and leaving an elderly gent to nap peacefully! Animals are an excellent judge of character. My service dog loved everyone and he suffered no anxiety whatsoever making it very easy to do his job! Just booked another room for next week (another medical stay) and again .....more than accommodating with the special needs circumstances! This is by far a 10 star experience!

Room was very clean and smelled good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Tim on the night shift was especially compassionate as we were down here because my mother is in the cardiac ICU. The front desk manager Kim made sure I had plenty of coffee lol.

They are really understanding and super kind, this was the the most comfortable hotel I’ve ever stayed in, they treat you like family as well. Thank god for people like this. They deep clean everything and vacuumed 2 times daily. There amazing people god bless you Kim, Lesly Tiffany an hp a the staff for caring so much. God bless

I stayed here for four nights, my personal experience was positive. Room appeared clean, bed was comfortable, although lacking a bit of pressure, the shower was good. The room had a little bit of an odd smell to it, but that buffed out. I went here because of its very affordable pricing, and it took care of all of my basic needs, so I'm satisfied.

We decided we were going to book a night away and wanted a room with a tub to watch TV.. The front desk lady was very helpful, quick at her job and excited for us to have a night away as parents. Upon entering the room, I started to look around at some commonly missed places of being clean, since I used to be a house keeper. I was very impressed with how clean this room was. Seriously gotta buck for our bang. They do offer waffles however, you do have to pay a small fee for them.

The woman who works 3rd shift was an absolute blessing. She listened and helped with sending my information over to their email and you get a discount I believe 4% if you pay cash. Its quite and peacefully the staff is very friendly and understanding.

No issues here at all I've been here since October 7th last year . I came here because the place I was at had a fire and I had no place to go at all .the rent around this town of Wausau is just too high .I'm still looking and applying for a place but the rent is too high . Thanks to the manager HP for understanding where I'm at . Also the staff here are all great people I'm treated like a human being .tim.lesley Jessica and rene .Jason. . dreamer . Even though I have issues with .my room I'm sure you understand hp thanks for putting up with me

The furniture is older and pillows aren’t the best but it’s very clean and the staff and owners are very nice and friendly. I had a great stay and will return when need. They also have a great discount program.
